Very clean and big apartment and have top views of the city the staff very friendly and helpful
There’s 79 steps to get to the hotel no taxi driver will ever reach the hotel you have to carry your luggage up

“What a wonderful stay at Castello Prime Suites! The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything and close to the castle and old town. Our suite was beautiful, clean and very comfortable, with amazing views and a lovely terrace. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived, and the little touches made us feel so welcome. We also really enjoyed the breakfast and the pool was perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. We would definitely recommend staying here and would love to come back!”

A very cute place to stay. The staff were very friendly and check in was exceptional. The spa area appears to be very nice - we didn't use it but it looked lovely. The breakfast was good. The views were awesome. Location was very city center to doing things and transit was not a far walk.

Room was nice, staff was polite
The hotel is located in a narrow area requiring you to climb a hill and many stairs. Taxis or Uber don't come here; you have to climb for about 10 minutes. There are vagrants around the corners, so I don't think the location is safe.
The rooms don't have kettles or coffee machine; the staff said there's a shared coffee machine.
