Attentive staff and a view from the window!
Cold floors in the bathroom, empty and uninteresting rooms, inconveniently placed light controls, unregulated air conditioning (no matter how you change the temperature and airflow, it always blows the same), and you can clearly hear people walking on the upper floor…
