Never again

The location was perfect as was the outside space with the pool.

The beds are so old and uncomfortable also the rear door of the property needs to be addressed, holes which allow wild life in i.e cockroaches and ants the place is alive with them. The floors on arrival had bud powder everywhere. The hot water system is not for more then one to two people showering. Then there is the problem of the other Tennants noise throughout the property, a child playing football Indoors and we had to throw the football back into there property from the pool area. The mains water valve is in the main bedroom floor which echoed all night. We considered moving after two nights of this, never again.

a lovely relaxing holiday and a great host

great location,surrounded by bars and restaurants,with a 5 min walk or further if you want to walk to the harbour spoilt for choice at very reasonable prices a lovely relaxing holiday, the host Julia made contact via WhatsApp the day before we travelled and was there to meet us at the villa and messaged us a few times during our stay to check in. We had no issues whatsoever

nothing,misread the reviews but went with a very open mind and yes it may be slightly dark in the property but with the sun shining outside that wasn’t an issue, it added to its charm. it had everything you need and the location is perfect

Fabulous home

We were there with 3 small kids and they loved this place. Extremely safe area whick was a great peice of mind, Very spacious and aircon was ideal, fully equipped kitchen, nice big fridge which was great for the family, washing machine and drying facilities, bedrooms were great with lots of wardrobe space, Smart TV and hairdryer were very handy, lots of towels. Fab size pool, it's a real suntrap, ideal location as was close to everything and the strip but not too close so didn't hear any noise at night. Will defo return and recommend to others 👏 😊 😃

Superb

It was sheltered in the evening and morning, so in the height of Summer is brilliant. The pool area was great.

Nothing, we will never return and do not recommend

The apartment had not been aired out before our arrival, very smelly with dead Cock Roaches on the floor in the kitchen back door and second bedroom. The pool had not been cleaned and I had to enquire when it would be cleaned before it was. We had no hot water from Our arrival until the day before we left 3 out of 4 days, there was very poor service from the host. We have been travelling to Lanzarote for about 20 years and I can honestly say this was our worst experience and our break away was utterly spoiled.

An old no frills Spanish villa, full of character, with spacious entertaining spaces both inside and out. Great location

- 2 min walk to the front strip with all bars, restaurants, shops etc. - communication with host very good via what’s app. - large outside space and communal area. - pool good size. - enough sun beds and seats for family of 5. - 3 bathrooms - towels and blankets provided. Represents good value for money!!

- 3rd bedroom is in an additional room at the back of the villa which if you are staying by yourself/kids can seem abit isolated. - pool steps seemed wobbly. - beds could do with a new mattress but they are ok.

Very good

Great location, close to the shop and clothes shop. Not far from old town less than 5 minutes by taxi, 25 minute walk along the strip.Taxi rank less than 5 minutes walk.

One of the shower head didn't stay on the wall, it was unusable.

In need of refurbishment.

Privacy of pool area. Security of compound. Good size living area. Location near bus stop and supermarket and restaurants.

Had to wait for key to get in because it took several hours for booking.com to pass on email to manager. Furnishings are old. Double mattress is old. Hot water tank is small. Property was not cleaned every week. There is a family above with small children and a drum kit.
