Good service overall, i.e. front desk and at breakfast. Nice property overall except for items mentioned below.
Air conditioning didn't work well. The swimming pool was too hot, more like a large hot tub. The food and service in the onsite Bacora restaurant was bad.

Good restaurants but most importantly, I appreciated a lot the different levels pf services, from cold buffet at the evening to menu à la carte. Breakfast excellent quality and lots of choice
Buildings around the property are too close and not pleasant to see, and no private access to the see

The property was clean and the breakfast selection was excellent
There wasn’t much around the location, the hotel staff were not really knowledgeable about where to go. The food choice in the hotel really needs to be improved. The lunch menu and room service and pool menu is all the same and very limited. Room service ends at 9.30pm and a snack option is available that is even more limited. The reception area and restaurant lack character, the pool temperature is uncomfortably hot.
