Not great

Nothing about this place was nice in all honesty

The room smelled of urine and very musky, yellowing of the doors and kitchen units, was not very clean. Could hear every little bit of movement from other rooms, water running, showers, talking, crying, shouting, walking around, the bed was two pushed together with a lump in the middle, I also find it abhorrent that a £100 deposit is requires for such a terrible hotel. Had a nightmare with the parking situation and staff were extremely unhelpful with that resulting in being stuck parked on double yellows for near 20 minutes when all the staff had to do was tell me parking was through metal gates around the back, instead they messed around trying to send me a video which really needs to cut to the chase and just direct people where to park. Overall would not stay again and wouldn't recommend

Good location, wrong apartment

Location and key for door

They changed my apartment last minute. They said it was an upgrade but it wasn’t and I wasn’t happy. The price of the property was very expensive and was not what I booked. The apartment lacked soul.

It was close to the centre It was good value for money It had parking It was very clean It had a few nice touches such as a personalised postcard welcoming us, rock, tea and coffee. The staff were super friendly

The sofa bed was not comfortable at all The walls were paper thin, could hear the people next door turning over in bed When you ran the water in the bathroom the sink smelt terrible.

I did enjoy the stay at read’s apartments but would have felt better lower down , next time because we had dog with us b

It was very nice and clean, and a lot of space .

It was on the top floor and wasint great when I had my dog with me .

Very good

Location friendly helpful staff. Great breakfast hamper well worth the money. Cafe next door very handy. Was a good point of contact. Overall very nice experience will stay again. Parking a big bonus for us.

Would say some of the furniture could do with updating a little more tlc but didnt affect our stay.

Overall, a pleasant stay.

The room was spacious. Kitchen, although a bit narrow, had everything you needed. I liked the personal touches like little bottles of milk and teatowel with dishcloth. We had ground room (Neptune), which had a back door. This was very handy for our dog. Welcome card and offer of breakfast delivered to room was nice touch too.

There were no bathroom toiletries, which surprised me due to other little touches in the room. £25 seemed a bit overpriced to have a dog stay 🤔. Paid extra for earlier check-in than 3pm, but had to wait till 1.30pm, so I didn't feel this was much of an earlier check-in, really. Cafe is card payment only.

Beds were comfortable Plenty of room

Back door let wet in, carpet was wet through, drain next to back door was leaking badly and you got wet through before you went on back to let dog out Drain smelt really bad in bathroom We booked reads court then had an email to say we had been moved to Heritage house, then we got to Blackpool we rang to ask how we got into the apartments and were told the wrong email had been sent and we were at Kings Court apartments, eventually getting to the apartments we had to wait for them to finish cleaning the apartment we were in. Staff were lovely though and kept apologising.

Clean rooms had everything I needed , close too the beach and nice little cafe bar next door for breakfast. Was able too leave my bags all day next door until I went home. Will stay again thanks 👍

The location.

awful smell from sink, bedroom door didn’t full close, door handle to front door kept falling off, some parts of door frames didn’t have the fire protection stuff in them

Lovely weather. Clean accessible apartment

The cleanliness accessibility to the town of street parking. Very friendly staff.

Unfortunately there were drunken youths outside the apartment till the early hours fighting and keeping everyone awake. No fault of the facility just dampened the trip.

The whole stay is Disappointing

location is great!

it wasn’t particularly clean, plus very loud at points. Staff Shouting. The office being very close to apartment 3, so kept awake during the mornings. A little Smell

loved the place and location. lovely touch to have milk and tea and coffee there on arrival

only two things we would say could be easily improved - black out blinds (but not critical) but most importantly there should have been a lock put on the bathroom door

Very good stay, would recommend and return

Great location. Well thought out apartment. Clean and comfy.

No frosted glass in the bathroom and the blind didn’t fully close for privacy as the bathroom window was overlooked by 3 windows. Bigger bed in the main bedroom would be good but that’s just personal preference.

Very good

Good central location. Excellent customer service from hosts. Very welcoming and friendly. The apartment was very clean with nice touches.

Towels were a little small. Bath size rather than sheet size. But did the job for the one night.

Their was plenty of space and us a lot bigger than expected.the staff were very helpful it was very quiet will definitely be coming back in the future and it was very close to centre of town
