Lovely staff very helpful ahead of making booking and room was nice - rubber ducks for kids were a super cute touch
Parking was a little chaotic. They did put us in a room that had stairs leading up which is a little trickier with two small kids who they were aware of us having.

Was in room 127, noise was absolutely terrible. Kitchen below the room and slamming of doors till after 12am. On top of this NO air-conditioning in the room. It was bouling hot, and one cannot open the windows, as this is on the street.
