Plenty of on site parking. Large, clean, comfortable room. Good view as we were on the 3rd floor. Very nice breakfast.

It’s a nice clean hotel and my room was lovely.

Breakfast a bit limited. Make sure you pack insect repellent for by the pool. Sun beds we’re limited also.

Decent location as it is a pleasant 15 minute walk into the centre and easy parking (we have stayed here before but this time I came alone on the train). There are some decent running, cycling and walking areas around the hotel.

There should have been signs about the closing times of the pools and sports areas. I was unfortunate in that I had to queue to get a ticket for the inside piscine as there was a wedding party who arrived just before me. By the time, I got to the front of the queue, it was 7.40 (about 15 minutes waiting) and the pool closed at 8pm so there was no point in buying a ticket. I decided to use the outside pool and one of the employees came out at 7.55 and rudely ushered me to get out. More clarity, please.

Fantastic price for such a large and comfortable room. Excellent bar and reception staff. The Ciutat is a classy establishment.

The hotel now charges for use of the indoor pool - this wasn't made clear to us and having begun swimming we were ushered out of the pool to pay or to leave. This was handled by the pool attendant in a panicked and unprofessional manner.

The indoor Swimmingpool close at 19:00 o'clock next day we couldn't use it after 10 o'clock because of the swimming course for children the outdoor one was cold. Breakfast was rather poor and not varied.
