It’s a quaint little boutique hotel in a small town. Very nice.

loved everything about this place. The building itself is stunning, with beautiful architecture and charming balconies. The pool area was a lovely spot to relax, and the overall atmosphere felt peaceful and elegan

Honestly, there was nothing significant to complain about. Perhaps the coffee ☕️

The staff were absolutely amazing. Kind, attentive, personable. Went out of their way.

The initial cleanliness of the rooms, attention to detail. Unfortunately the air-conditioning in our room did not work the first night and there where hairs from the previous guests on the floor and in the bath plug. The bath needed replacing as (although originally a white bath) was yellow / had yellow stain and really needed replacing. We were moved to another room the next day, where the air-conditioning worked, but this was the room with dirty looking bath and the hairs on the floor. I did mention this and the cleaning of the rooms improved to an acceptable standard. I did ask the staff to have a meeting with me about our initial issues and they were lovely to deal with. They made a real effort to put anything wrong. I was disappointed when I settled up at the end of the stay, to be informed that the owner (not present) was not prepared to offer either a discount or refund for the first night's stay when the air-con did not work. The money would make no financial difference to me and we did have 2 x rooms for 10 nights, so a reasonable spend of circa Euro 2,500 (one night was like E 150 for one room. I just feel that any gesture to acknowledge the bad start would have been respectful to us as their client and guest. I I am a good guy, my wife and I are nice easy going and not difficult people. Again the staff were fantastic and the outside and interior of the hotel is well kept including the rear garden and pool. I told them they should replace the bath. I should imagine, the hotel's owner will try to reply and say something like we were difficult guests or difficult to please. This is an honest review. I have only made the effort to be completely transparent and emphasize the issue we encountered as via the lovely staff gave the owner / management the opportunity to fix my disappointment by way of a gesture at the end. The staff said their owner / management were not prepared to offer anything.
