Beds comfortable. Renovated so rooms were nice
Rude staff - met with a lady called Fathima when I arrived and she was very rude - trying to be difficult and saying no early check in was against unless you paid £10 per hour which I found unusual as normally they give you the room without charge if it’s ready. I found her very rude throughout the conversation. When I tried to enter my reg to park my car she barked at me and told me to stop and wait until she allowed me. Not a nice person. When I was leaving I asked the gentleman at desk if there was any form of express check out or if I could just leave me key on the desk as there was a queue and I was in a hurry, he said well what else would you have to to in a condescending way.
When I was waiting for the room we decided to have a coffee in the bar - I waited 30 mins for my coffee to arrive and it still hadn’t so I had to complain and they finally brought me my coffees.
All in all bad/very rude staff but a nice hotel.
