Location and beautiful resort style hotel.
The food was good quality but lacked a bit of finesse. For such pricey food, my expectations are also high. Breakfast egg dishes are bland and flavorless. Lunch and dinner dishes are lukewarm. Fresh salad with option to add grilled chicken (refrigerated, salty, no flavor of a grill), was so disappointing. The pasta (cooked perfectly) had a bland sauce of mushrooms.

.The concierge team was a great help during my stay...The pool was lovely... Food was excellent..But a five star hotel should have a waiting room that is air-conditioned...
My room was not ready for a 3pm check-in on a Sunday ,I had to wait in the heat for 45 minutes.I was offered water. thank God..The hotel was over whelmed by a massive wedding...
..I used Booking.com ,my friend used American Express... She paid less and got a better room sooner and I was treated like the poor relative ..She got us on a special tour of the hotel that was just for her... We would have missed the chapel, the main bar and the Botero Suite...I just stayed in 5 star hotels in Japan and this hotel is so lacking and more expensive ....
