The property was very nicely decorated and the room was very comfortable. Centrally located and close to everything. We also took had a day pass to the sister hotel in Boca Grande.

Loved everything about our stay. The hotel is beautiful in the beautiful old streets. The staff are wonderful, everyone is so kind & helpful. The rooms & bed are spacious & comfortable.
The room gets made up daily with fresh towels at the right times.
We stayed on level 2 which was great, but there was a guest (two women) staying that was obnoxiously & disrespectfully loud during the early hours of the morning 3 nights in a row. They had no respect for other guests or even the staff, as the staff told them to be considerate 3 nights in a row. They would come in and sit/yell in the foyer then go back out and do it again a few hours later.. just gross, our friends on level 4 who were an older couple could hear them and he made a joke ‘I am going deaf at my age (76)and I could still hear them..’. This is nothing on the hotel, they did the best they can. Just be mindful of loud guests when booking
