Rooms are spacious, minimalist and comfortable. The service at Santa Clara is great and the breakfast is excellent.
There are discrepancies in the services offered to the guests. For example, my family was offered the day trip to the Sofitel property in Baru by the staff in Santa Clara. Then when we booked the service in Bóvedas they said it was fully booked for the next days. We came back to Santa Clara and they were able to book it without complaint. When we explained this as the reception in Bóvedas, the staff never apologized or tried to explain the situation. It was rude and made my family felt uncomfortable. A boutique hotel should always make feel their guests with respect and hospitality. That is their utmost priority. Not like they are doing guests a favor. Otherwise there is no hospitality altogether.

Quite big and clean white rooms. Facilities are a mix between colonial and Modern style. Close distance to Serrezuela mall and the city wall. Breakfast was really good as always.
Breakfast is in another hotel so you have to walk a block to get it.

Good location close to the city walls, the beach, the bovedas, and a lovely square with nice restaurants.
The airco is extremely loud, making it hard to sleep. It is expensive for what it is, even considering the access to the Santa Clara
