Food was good. Very big SPA facilities, many pools and umbrellas. Great potential but lack of proper management
The biggest let down is the staff. At the reception staff were indifferent, not at all accomodating or friendly. At the beach bar the staff were teenage boys that couldn't be bothered about anything, couldn't make a frappe either. At the restaurant, once an item of food was all taken, noone monitored to replace it unless you asked. Guests could not use the Spa before check-in or after check-out.

Big rooms, very comfortable, well equipped. Hot mineral water in the pools , the SPA center has many different facilities.

The location is good and the big indoor swimming pool was good - clean, wide and with plenty of space to swim. Someone had mistakenly charged a drink from the bar to our room but the staff at reception corrected it straight away during check out.
The spa facilities were quite dirty, there were toooons of people so the only place to really have some peace was the small pool in the backyard. And even there there were small kids who kept jumping in the pool, even though it isn't allowed, while their parents simply watched and encouraged them. Some of the saunas weren't working. They didn't have any availability for massages during the only day we were there, which was a shame. The staff at the bar looked and behaved as if this is the last place on earth they want to be. And all the beverages there were honestly quite expensive and not of the best quality (for example, my frappe was mostly foam, barely any milk; and the "home-made" lemonade I ordered was a little bit of bottled syrup and soda and it cost 6 EUR). The food was mediocre at best. I am really confused how this is a 4-star hotel. This is 3-stars at best of times.
