Loved this property. Nice lodge along the water with free parking. The room was large, the staff was friendly.
We ate dinner both nights here, and the breakfasts were very good.
It was a little bit out of town, more than we expected. We cancelled our dinner reservations in Oban, because we didn't want to have something to drink and then drive back to the hotel. However, it was OK, food at the Lodge was very good.

The location. Room was nice
Reception staff quite upbrupt and answering phones while we were checking in/ out. Restaurant staff busy and distracted. Bar area like a waiting room due to dining tables in location. Food average and over priced. We did contact the hotel to offer feedack (constructively) bit no acknowlegment. Sums up the iverall customer experience.
