The location of the Hotel has to be seen to be appreciated ….. it is quite something ….. the building is old and needs some TLC but Jonathan and his team couldn’t try harder to make your stay special ……. It’s the location and the staff and of course the outstanding quality of the food that will make your stay !

We loved the property and its history. Well managed and very professional staff. Tended to everyone’s needs.
We may not have reserved at Taychreggan had we known roads to / from were 10+ miles of winding / hilly single lane roads. A little stressful for someone not used to them

Location; bed; bathroom; food.
Old and tired look inside. Dreadful state of outside, roof and former owner house and staff accommodation. Lots of old broken furniture about. Staff stretched and inexperienced. Get a good manager in, spend some money on the look of the place and you could get it back tonwhat it was in the 1980s when the Tetlow family owned and ran it. Mr T will be rotating at high speed in his grave !!
