Cercanía y atención

Lugar céntrico, a un paso de todo. La estación del tren está cerca y tiene parada del tranvía a escasos metros, así que súper bien comunicado. Habitación amplia y limpia. La recepcionista muy amable y me aclaró cualquier duda que tuviera. Además se comunican contigo a través de WhatsApp lo que hace que te sientas informado en todo momento.

Si tuviera que buscar una pega sería que hay una discoteca muy cerca y, en ocasiones muy puntuales, puedes escuchar a la gente. Pero desde luego, yo dormí fantásticamente.

Todo muy limpio y ubicación extraordinaria para conocer la ciudad, cerca de la estación de tren y muy buena relación calidad precio.

No funcionó muy bien el autochecking aunque tampoco tuve demasiado inconveniente.

Great value for money, bring earplugs!

Great location a short walk from the train station. Easy check in by machine. Large clean room .great air conditioning unit in room! Comfy beds with lovely crisp clean sheets. Shower room with soap/shampoo and fluffy clean white towels. Great hot shower! Great value for money. 😊

There was quite a lot of noise from banging doors in the building which kept my daughter awake. I had earplugs and slept like a log!😅 the doors on the shower were in need of replacement as they were difficult to close/open. They felt a bit loose and unsafe, but they did the job!😊 the drain filter in the shower was blocked so the water didn't drain and leaked out over the shower tray -simple fix, i just took it out and cleaned it - it was fine after that.

I like the hotel and think that it is a good option for 1 night stay. The acoustic is pretty tricky!

Good location, cleanness, big room, big bathroom

The acoustic - the room should be quiet, but I heard the whole night someone from neighbor room snoring. I had as well some problems with self check-in. I noticed the staff, but the lady was not 100% friedly.

Perfect stay

If I have another chance I will come there. It is the fourth time for me that I have chosen this location. The price is convenient, the acomodation is optimal, the place is very central.

Nice and simple but smell of smoking cigarettes

Cosy,, simple and easy access, close to city center and clean.

It was smelling the smoke of ciigarettes. Room not the same like in the photo.

Centrally located , could be difficult to locate

As centrally located not the easiest to find with a car as not appearing to be directly accessible. Best to park up and walk the final streets. We arrived late evening so could park on the streets for free, and leave before 9.00 the next morning . The hotel is accessed down an arcade with other shops so you could easily pass by. Whilst there was a receptionist who is available until 8.30, there preferred option is to self check in via an external machine that needs you payment card and passport. Be aware two locals tried standing behind us in this process, we believe to oversee passcodes and/or await us leaving either the passport or card within the machine. Be warned. The hotel is centrally located with many good bars/restaurants and shops adjacent.

Would have preferred receptionist to have checked us in rather than asking us to use external machine.

Disappointing

The hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the centre of town and within walking distance to everything (train and bus stations, main shopping area, main sights). The room was modest but very clean and the staff were incredibly helpful and kind.

The walls of the rooms are paper thin, and the noise problem was so bad that I actually ended up leaving and booking another hotel as I needed a good night's sleep before a presentation. I could hear everything in both neighbouring rooms: one was a couple playing music loudly and singing at 11pm, and the other was someone being ill (I hope they're feeling better!) You can also hear doors slamming and conversations from rooms down the corridor. I did not feel comfortable asking other patrons to be quiet as there is no one on site after hours (staff/security) and it did not feel safe to do so. If you are at all sensitive to noise, then I would suggest booking somewhere else. If you're a sound sleeper, then it's great value for money!
