Everything in the facility works well. Self check-in was excellent. Facility very clean and welcoming.
May be a kitchen would have made guests to cook for themselves. But this facility only provides accomodations only.

The hotel has an excellent location, very close to the city center. The room was very clean, and it was being cleaned every day of my stay. The bedsheets and the towels in my room were being changed every day, and the room was kept in excellent condition all the time, which really exceeded my expectations. The bathroom was perfectly equipped (including a hair dryer and all the toiletries), which made the stay very comfortable. There is also an excellent air conditioning in the room, which works perfectly. The auto check-in was super fast, very convenient, and the check out is basically just leaving the room key in a box on the ground floor, so there are no time restrictions neither for the check-in nor for the check-out. There are coffee and snacks machines inside the hotel building, and the products are super cheap, so it was very easy to get a coffee and a sweet treat anytime I wanted. I really recommend this facility for a short or a longer stay in Vitoria-Gasteiz, and I will choose this hotel every time I come back to Vitoria because it is the best one I have ever been to.

Central location.
This hotel was just not for me! I did not like the machine type reception. It took me a few goes for it to accept my bookings.com. Luckily a lady tried to help. Weird entrance to the building. I felt stressed by the time I had got to my room. Not good after cycling all day! Note room 101 has a blocked out window, so no natural light and when opened, looking into a tunnel that people seem to use for smoking. Claustrophobic. Not for me.
