This guesthouse has an excellent value for the high level of comfort you get. There are two spacious full bathrooms, one toilet and kitchen to share with other guests. It was clean, good amenities are provided everywhere, and we didn’t feel any inconvenience. The property is less than 10 minute walk from Bus stop no.1 and town center. We would definitely consider staying again when we would come back to Reykjavík.
It would be more convenient if there would be more racks or shelves to put small bags and other belongings in the room. The facility can be a little noisy when the kitchen is used for gatherings by a big group of other guests.

This property is very close to the center. Free parking around the corner. Full stock kitchen. Great beds.
I wish there would’ve been instructions for the washer because the settings were worn.

We loved the facilities! The bathroom, kitchen and toilets were impeccable! They also validated parking :)
The fact that there were two single beds, placed perpendicularly, and the room was crazy small. We couldn’t open both our bags together.
