I've visited Iceland from Australia four times in the last four years (2023, 2024, 2025, 2026) and for various reasons, I've ended up in a different place each time so this location was again new to me. All of them have been very good and this was no exception, I was very happy with staying here and absolutely would do so again.
The location is very convenient and I found it well within walking from the BSI bus terminal, just on the other side of the park and practically almost within sight. This was extremely good to make it quickly to the bus terminal to get back to the airport but also during my stay to get the bus to the hot springs at Sky Lagoon.
The actual rooms and facilities were very warm, neat and comfortable. Each room had two beds. The accommodation is part of or at least adjacent to university housing.
Extra thanks to all the staff at the front desk who were all very helpful including when I couldn't get through to Greenland on any of my phones to discuss the next step of my trip by making the call for me on one of their phones so I could talk to the people I was planning to head to next (The Inuit Cafe next door to Hotel Nuka where I was staying next).
To summarise, I had a really good stay here, very close to everywhere I wanted to go in Reykjavik and I would absolutely recommend to everyone whose requires were similar to mine.
I have no complaints. The place was perfect for what I need to stay in Reykjavik and would definitely hope to stay here again. I would have liked the nearest cinema (Kringlan - Sambíóin Kringlunni) to have been a bit closer but that's obviously completely out of their control! (It was also a very nice walk but close to 3km each way.)

Large common area. Clean, no frills but served the purpose. Love that laundry machines available for a hood price.
