I stayed for 11 nights.
I contacted Aparteazy by email, and they replied as soon as possible, which was great.
It feels like living in my own home since no one comes to tidy up the house, which is great.
When I searched on Booking.com, I set my criteria as (1) a 24-hour front desk and (2) a swimming pool.
Booking.com showed that both were there.
However, there was actually no physical front desk, and I had to use my expensive mobile phone to make an international call to contact them.
Swimming pool: The door to the rooftop swimming pool was locked, and there was a notice that it was not for guests to use; it shouldn't have been advertised as having a swimming pool.
There was only one 1/5 bottle of liquid soap in the bathroom; shampoo and conditioner had to be purchased from the supermarket.
No one checked if the liquid soap needed to be refill, but thankfully, they replenished it along with toilet paper on the sixth day when i asked them to.

L'emplacement est idéal, le quartier calme, bien desservi par le métro. L'appartement était calme, bien agencé. La terrasse sur le toit est magnifique, très agréable. La piscine est quant à elle toute petite, il s'agit plus d'un bassin pour se tremper mais il reste agréable.
Certains éléments du mobilier étaient cassés, la télévision et le canapé lit. Malgré un signalement, nous n'avons eu aucun geste commercial.
