If you and your 6 twenty something besties are on a budget have at it. Wet sheets in dryer, half drank beer in entrace

Excellent stay. They made my trip much safer and more enjoyable. They are very professional, answered all my questions as quickly as possible, and were always attentive. Everything was perfect, and I received exactly the apartment I had booked. Definitely a highly recommended experience.

Comfortable and well located, but disappointing maintenance and broken amenities

I liked : -the location in Eixample in a central neighbourhood with restaurants and grocery stores, near pedestrian street. Lively but not too noisy. LGBTQ+ neighborhood. - the fact that we had two apartments side by side for two families with 2 and 3 bedrooms. - the windows onto the tree-lined street from the living room and a room - I liked the overall cleanliness, clean bedsheets and towels - the size of the living area - the kitchen with a functioning coffee machine and toaster - the washer and dryer - the closets are spacious and in good conidition - the mattresses and the couch were comfortavle - the HVAC functioned well

I did not like: - the 300 euros security deposit not announced in the ad page - the wear and tear : scratched and stained walls, water damaged floors, broken picture frame, some.damaged finishes. - wifi with no internet connections - 2 TVs that don’t work
