Proprietario della struttura gentilissimo e disponibilissimo a dare informazioni di ogni genere e a rendere il soggiorno estremamente piacevole.L'appartamento era pulitissimo e in una buona posizione, a dieci minuti d'auto da Ponta Delgada.
Ci siamo trovati veramente bene e non vediamo l'ora di tornare.

Dom je krásny, priestranný a čistý , apartmán plne vybavený pre dve osoby . Je situovaný v tichej štvrti asi 15 min. jazdy od Ponta Delgada , veľmi dobrý východiskový bod na objavovanie ostrova . Manuel je prijemný hostiteľ , cítili sme sa v jeho dome veľmi vítaní .

El apartamento dispone de todo lo necesario y está en perfectas condiciones para su uso. El mobiliario, los electrodomésticos, los utensilios de cocina y demás enseres son completamente nuevos. Dispone de varios productos de cortesía como aceite, vinagre, café etc.La limpieza es impecable. La zona es tranquila con aparcamiento cerca y en el centro de la isla. Pero yo destacaría la acogida del anfitrión, MANUEL, no te dejará indiferente. Persona discreta, amable, servicial y generosa, pues lo mismo en la bienvenida que en la despedida Manuel te va a obsequiar con pequeños detalles que van a hacer que tu estancia sea premium y desees volver a su apartamento y recomendarlo a todos tus amigos.
Gracias Manuel, eres único.

Propreté irréprochable, rarement atteinte dans tous les établissements que j'ai fréquentés. Emplacement stratégique pour visiter tous les sites de randos/plages de Sao Miguel. Manuel est très agréable et plein de petites attentions qui font la différence.
Les chiens aboient quelques fois, mais il y a la clim donc ce n'est pas gênant pour dormir fenêtres fermées.
