Lovely rooftop, good location, close to metro stations and Westfield glories. Rooms were very clean, housekeeping team was very professional and friendly. Reception is on the other hand not really helpful - phones located near bedside meant to connect u to the reception but nobody answered couple of times. I decided to call from my mobile phone- successfully BUT when I politely asked for late check out I was told: „what time is late for you” in the most arrogant way possible followed by „extra 50 till 14 ok?”„ what time you leave” I said alright thank you I will then leave at 12 and they replied „ good”. Quite shocking experience to be honest but other than that I enjoyed my stay.

We had a good stay at Golden Hotel. It was a little pricey, but overall we enjoyed our experience. The pool was amazing and had a great vibe, and the complimentary drinks were a really nice touch.
The hotel is quite far from the city centre, which was a little inconvenient, but being able to walk to Westfield was definitely a plus. Our room was also very comfortable, which made our stay relaxing and enjoyable.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay and really enjoyed the facilities and atmosphere of the hotel.

Liked that hotel a lot. Classy, tasteful, well thought-through, well managed, comfortable, clean and friendly. The restaurant is good too.
The only drawback here is the location - it is quite central but not in an attractive micro-surrounding.
However, if one uses car or taxi to get to places, then it isn't an issue.

The location is comfortable, the staff is pleasant and especially Mr. Mina at the reception, who is exceptional.
The hotel is clean, and the rooms are made everyday very nicely.
The food is not great. Breakfast is basic, and the food from room service or roof top is bad. Its a shame because good food would make this hotel great value for money.
