Everything except the breakfast.
Breakfast was awful.
We really liked your hotel, and we stayed 2 nights and so had 2 breakfasts.
Ive never had a breakfast as bad as the one offered by your hotel. The "Hot" foods were luke warm. The plates to put these "hot" foods were cold, so the luke warm food quickly went cold.
The overall choice offered was very limited. There wasn't even fresh orange juice. There was a carafe of what was described as orange juice, but it was in fact standard carton-ed orange juice which was poured into a carafe, with lots of ice in it (to make it cold) but which actually diluted it so much that was just colored water.
The bread offerings was also limited and what was there was so quality that one wouldn't touch it.
I ordered a flat white coffee but was delivered a frothy white water with absolutely no coffee in it. When I pointed this out to a member of staff, she just laughed and took the cup away to get a new one.
And these are just examples.
The breakfast was so bad, that it meant that whoever was in charge of breakfast had no understanding whatsoever of how breakfast should be served in a 5 star hotel. I'm not saying the individual who was breakfast manager those mornings had no understanding, I'm saying that at the top level management (the catering director) of the hotel had no understanding. That person should move to a different job, not in hospitality.

Excellent Location and Fantastic Staff!
This hotel ticked all the boxes for a perfect city break. Its location is excellent—close to the central squares, bars, and restaurants, making it ideal for exploring the city.
I booked a Deluxe Suite with Terrace (Room 402), and the room was a great size. The bathroom had excellent lighting, a large walk-in shower, and lovely fluffy robes. The bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated the additional chairs, which created a nice seating area for relaxing and watching the wall-mounted TV. There was also a steamer rather than a traditional iron, which was a great touch—and a first for me!
Breakfast offered a fantastic variety, including all the usual juices, fresh fruit, cereals, eggs, cold meats, cheeses, pastries, and more.
However, the real bonus was the staff. Every interaction was incredibly friendly and professional. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and we were given a large map of the city with nearby restaurants and places of interest highlighted, which was really helpful.
A special mention to Katie at breakfast, who was absolutely lovely and always took the time to chat about our plans for the day.
I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily visit again!
