Great location in the beautiful Matera
The hotel and rooms were very nice
Staff very attentive and helpful answering any questions or requests
Rooms are very comfortable and clean, but something that can be better is the bathtub/shower… not aligned with what the hotel is and offer to every guest

We loved everything here. Rooms were very clean, air conditioning was superb! Breakfast was fantastic! All the staff were very helpful! We also loved the spa and underground pools were unreal.

It was a beautiful property, right in the heart of old Matera. What a cool experience to stay inside a cave!
The breakfast was sooo good and we enjoyed the service we received.
Loved the fact that there was a free shuttle bus to take us back to our rental car that was parked in the underground parkade (that the hotel recommended us).
Nothing. It was a great location and a beautiful hotel.
