Location fabulous, staff friendly, accommodating and met our every need. Beds comfortable and rooms spacious.
Lovely to have opportunity to make a cup of tea and coffee on our room and have table and chairs for additional comfort.
Shower over bath a bit awkward to navigate around the bidet bit not impossible. The bath, grout, tiling could do with attention

Location in the historical part of Matera was great.
Apartment was big and cosy.
Breakfast was very nice.
Staff served us very well.
Peggy The dog was lovely💕🐾
Room could have been cooler since the temperature outside was more or less +38.
Finding the place with Google Maps was a bit challenging.

- Peaceful location
- Room was clean
- Accommodated our request for an early breakfast on the day we left
- Locating the property was a bit of a challenge, we found only one sign with the hotel name, so it was a challenge finding the place.
- Breakfast for a five day stay became a little monotonous, no change in menu.
- Room was very stuffy and damp, air conditioners extremely loud during the nite making it difficult to sleep
- No wine bottle openers, even our neighbor did not have an opener in their kitchenette.
- Plates to large for the microwave, difficult to warm up food.
