I had selected this location primarily for experiencing staying under a cave. Based on availability, I stayed in the Quadruple room, that was very spacious - as in pictures. It was a short walk down pebble/rock stairs from the nearest parking garage but otherwise central to the Sassi Barisano area.
Based on past reviews, I did not expect a lot of light or electrical outlets. One thing that tripped my wife is lack of a full size mirror to check on your outfit - even on a dim light room.

The accommodations are lovely and extensive. Great patio. Very generous with wine and coffee in the room. The bed was comfortable. The rooms were spacious. The shower was huge (very rare). We did not use the spa tub but it looked inviting. The location was perfect. Antonio's suggestions for dinner were perfect. (I had the best Fave E chicorie ever at Osteria Pico). It was quiet, too.
With such soaring ceiings it takes a while for the AC to cool the rooms down. Maybe request a fan. But this is a small issue easily fixed and should not prevent anyone from renting.

Amazing cave accommodation
With everything you need ..well ventilated and ample natural light. All helpful for a good nights sleep!
Antonio host was personable and helpful. Perfect position in old town

Incredible stay! Romantic cave room in the perfect central location. Host provided easy parking information which was only a 5-10 min walk, really quite easy even with large suitcases. Quiet, incredible bed and pillows for some great nights of sleep.
The shower drain should be looked at as it backed up slightly but not a big issue at all.
