Fabulous small hotel with style and great character. It also had a great view of the Sassi town and was close to everything. The breakfast was really good and of high quality. Staff happy and really helpful.
The hot water at times took a really long time to heat up

Great central location in town
Air conditioning and bathroom vent did not work well. Pillows were not comfortable.

Authentic and nice combination of 18th century villa with much older cave (we slept in the huge cave apartment downstairs in the basement - the Grape room).
Too many room perfume dispensers in the basement (partly cave) to a level it creates a headache.
