All is good every thing is perfect especially reception , they make you to feel that you are at your own home and all staff in your service

-The staff were really helpful and always looked for solutions to accommodate our requests. We were always greeted with warm smiles and friendly service :)
-Whenever we had an excursion, guards recorded car plates and received phone numbers of the drivers for our safety.
-The food was delicious, and we were very satisfied with the variety offered at each meal.
-The room was spacious and clean. Special thanks to the housekeeping team for their attentive and excellent service.
The bartenders could improve the variety of cocktails they offer, especially when it comes to classic cocktails. They do the basics well, but a wider selection would make the experience even better.

- The service is amazing! Every member of the staff is very nice and attentive
- The food in the main restaurant was OK. Not great, not bad
- I liked that there were two main restaurants for breakfast/lunch/dinner, one is much quieter and closer to the sea
- By the way, the beach is soo close to the rooms! It’s amazing
- Nice activities every day in the morning and in the evening
We had to go to the reception every single day to fix the cards of our room because they stopped working all the time. Ir was very annoying:(

The food was absolutely amazing the meat, fish, seafood, fruits, and vegetables were all fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared. 🍽️✨
The location is perfect, and the beach is beautiful with soft sand and a lovely sea.It was a real pleasure to spend time by the sea and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.
The staff were one of the best parts of our stay. Everyone was extremely friendly, welcoming, and attentive. They genuinely take care of their guests and make you feel special.
A special thank you to Muhammed Saad at the reception, Ahmed Saber at the lobby bar, Tarek at the beach bar, Maxim from the animation team, and our sweetest Mohamed Adham, who kept our room absolutely spotless and took care of everything perfectly.
Thank you to the whole team for your kindness, smiles, and excellent service. You made our holiday truly memorable. We would be happy to come back! 🌴☀️🤍
