Excellent ça manquait juste de fun

l’emplacement, la plage de sable, le personnel au p’tit soin, la bouffe, la plongée offerte par l’hôtel, le service

l’hôtel a besoin de rénovation, les chambres sont spacieuses mais les meubles sont vieux et paraissent sales. attention aux voyageurs solitaires l’hôtel était rempli de vieux couples, si vous cherchez le fun c’est pas ici

We loved it and will be coming back!

Great location! Lovely private beach. We felt very safe and at peace here. The food was fantastic! The Staff are all very friendly and nothing was a hassle for them - Nice big rooms, good cleaners the whole resort is spotless. Laundry service was top class! Activities we booked through the hotel were very good, safe and great service. The entertainment team were great fun! My partner has Coeliac disease, not all Countries and resorts understand this food allergy. On arrival we were met by the Head Chef, he immediately made her feel comfortable and introduced us to all his staff so they knew she had an allergy. At every meal we would meet Chef Mohammed and he would walk around the buffet with us telling us any allergen information! They made fresh gluten free deserts for each meal and even made a Gluten free birthday cake for us without us asking!

A quiet holiday in very comfortable

staff are fabulous, can't do enough for you. The rooms are spacious and we had towel art from the cleaner every day. There was a good selection of food from continental to egyptian dishes, the hotel has several restaurants you can use as well as a newly refurbished beach bar.

Location was perfect. Very good beach and great people work there especially manager! Awesome guy. Food was good but should serve shrimps also. Sisha/Hookah was very good and room was very decent and clean + very quiet.. enjoyed sleeping there

Great hotel with private beach, no kids. We would stay there again.

Très bel hotel, bien placé, staff très accueillant, buffet varié et délicieux, plage privée, on y retournera!

Make sure you request a shower or a bath tub before you arrive as these are not always available. Pillows could be softer.

A little bit outdated furniture and lack of bath kits for 5* hotel. Italian and oriental restaurants are not tasty.

5 stars it’s not

The A/C in our rooms wasn’t effective. 31 degrees inside the rooms!!! The reception didn’t care till we insisted several times to switch rooms. In addition once we did check in they told us that entrance to dinner is with long pants only. As we hd no pants (who brings long pants to Egypt vacation in the summer?!?) they let us eat outside.

Beauty in all levels

really don’t know where to start First I would like to get all of guest’s attention to how the staff were tremendously friendly, helpful, kind on their own Egyptian style Starting from front desk staff ending with house keeping. Don’t expect that u will see high professional 5 stars luxuries place by hotels standards but in somehow u will feel special by there efforts to please u Location and decor were accepted Food was to me very balanced and they were trying to provide what u asked for. Wifi is good even though i had my own network but I tried it. Activities and live shows were very good The vibes was very nice I recommend this beautiful resort for everyone who’s interested to come . Value for money is extremely nice from what i see all over the world. ‎في النهاية أعجز عن الشكر ؛ وشكراً جزيلا جداً 💖

Things to improve: Trying to find a solution for mosquitoes was very very disturbing. Room services restaurants 24 Towels box on the beach and pool It would be even better if ventilation system could be improved like outdoors fans or AC Room AC need to be improved The furniture a bit outdated

Perfect location, great sandy beach, friendly staff, special thanks to Sayed for his recommendations and great hospitality.

Furniture can be renewed. Cocktails are too simple for a 5* hotel. Some of the staff doesn’t speak or understand english well so I had to repeat some of my orders for a few times.

Relaxing holiday in a wonderful hotel

Beautifully appointed hotel in a lovely bay . Sandy beaches with a great beach bar . Total relaxation. wonderful staff. Room was perfect . Excellent massages.

often the white wine wasn’t chilled but the red wine was !! cocktails weren’t great.

we enjoy the good vibes from the hotel staff , The cleanliness of the hotel was at a high level , and the chill. Valid the ballboy, Sayed from the beach bar, and Sami from the resturants are so great, nice and carefull, we love them.

the food itself was borind and low qaullity of cooking.. no music at the pool, the most guest was old people so...

Perfect and I highly recommend it for who would like to have lovely vacation

Everything was so good, the staff were wonderful and helpful, very entertaining and friendly people working all round the place. Very good food and big variety of food all time, room was perfect and all facilities were great

Dinner time men have to wear long trousers which was not necessary in fact because it is casual place All restaurants should be booked one day in advance except the all day dining restaurant, which is not proper way for such place because one cannot plan well his day

Great place, amazing staff but…

The place is great. is next to the centre so you can walk around, visit mosque and another shops. its very convenient. the facility is beautiful. the staff are very helpful and they are trying to make your stay as comfortable as possible. they also have various activities

the food was very average to mediocre. I am sad to write this and I understand that you work with sources you have but I was very dissatisfied with food. just example pasta. i have photo of pasta they made. I could not eat it at all. the fruit, pasterry and desserts were good but I think they should work on quality of food

There is just something nice and special about this place

This was our second time in this hotel. We have been in most of 5* hotels of Sharm without akvaparks, and this hotel is special with its location that is right next to Old Market (which is a beautiful place to walk to), with its big, sandy beach, with its overall coziness and nice stuff. Also, you can hear the chanting from mosques few times per day, which actually gives a beautiful and unique atmosphere to this place. Yes, this hotel now has a special place in our hearts and we're planning to return when we'll be in Sharm again.

Xmas and NYE break

Very good hotel close to the beach, one of the very few beaches in Sharm where you can swim because there are no corals. My room was really a few meters from the beach, very comfy and with all needed. Beach has plenty of room, towels chairs and shadow are available for everyone. Beach service with Mr. Ayman is excellent. The beach bar/grill is also a great option if you are staying with all inclusive formula you can enjoy cooked food, snacks, ice-creams and beverages the entire day. And you are on a lazy mood, just order to the waiters walking around. The chief "Ciro" will treat you well. Food was fine within the context. Having a breakfast at Blue Marine in front of the beach is priceless, with good service from Mr. Samy. Choice is good enough for this kind of properties. Not gourmet of course but fine. You can also book the a-la-carte local restaurants, I tried the Italian and Egiptian ones and was happy with my meal. Also house wine is quite good (and you can choose bottled ones as well, with extra fees). Entertainment is fair, daily activities are not that annoying if you don't care and just want relax. No one will push you. Nigth one is nice as well, just to set the right relax before going to sleep. And for night owls you can play pool and have a beer in the pub (till it's open). Condider the sun raises early and sets early as well, I recommend to adapt a bit your sleep habits to enjoy the best of the beach. Property also hosts SPA and the personnel shows you the various options (to be paid). Still no pushing and no annoying. Outside the hotel, with a 5mins walk, you can visit the Old Sharm market and beautiful Mosque, it's a safe walk just be cautious while crossing the large road. For those who cannot stay disconnected, WIFI is available everywhere in the property and in the beach. But please don't expect a large band and to stream Netflix!

Maybe I was a in good mood, I have nothing to complain. The hotel, food and service was in line with my expectations. It's a international huge hotel, don't excpect boutique or excessive luxury here (go somewhere else).

Beautiful Resort

This is a beautiful resort. Staff are amazing. Sary the events coordinator is amazing and almost all the staff are incredible and accommodating, and Ahmed was our waiter for most of our meals and he was kind, remembered our regular orders and really did a great job. They really do their best to take care of you and make your stay memorable and relaxing. some points: - The food is nice and relatively varied. Better than I expected given the reviews here - The beach is very nice and seems to be the best beach of all the surrounding resorts. Lots of space to lounge, even around New Years when they are busy - The coral reef is a quick ride away to a shared beach. It is rather small but the snorkeling is nice. - The room was very clean and the room-cleaning was great. Strong attention to detail and care. This resort is smaller and offers a different experience than a larger resort. There are less food and activity options than larger resorts, but this means that there is a lot more space around the pool, and it is easy to find a beach spot. If you are looking to have a relaxing beach vacation I can't imagine a better spot. If you are looking for lots of activities or more varied food, than a larger resort may fit better. We were here for a week and it was perfect, however, if we were staying longer we may have started to want more activities or food options. Also to note: The people that offer services on the beach are not nearly as intrusive as I would have thought given the reviews. They work for the hotel and are usually either offering scuba diving excursions or spa treatments. After the first day they only came up to us if we had mentioned we might be interested the next day. At most we were approached two or three times a day and some of the offerings were worth knowing about. If you say no they leave you alone.

The negatives for us were very minor but worth noting: - The pillows were way over-stuffed and practically unusable. We ended up using the decorative pillows because they were the only ones that fit under our heads. Sounds silly but actually caused some sleeping issues for the first few nights. - This is less related to the resort itself and is more just a general warning for trips to Egypt. The Egyptian Pound's official exchange rate is controlled by the government and means that Egyptians have to pay a steep fee to exchange pounds to euros. This means most people prefer euro or American Dollars. Next time I come to Egypt I would make sure to bring Euros as once you are here you can only take pounds out of the bank.
