Шеф повара поменяли и еда вкусней! Анимация идёт на улучшения! Мне всё понравилось! Лучше стало( первый раз была в прошлом году и есть с чем сравнить)
Шизлонги старые удобней,чем новые! Первые блюда ещё улучшить надо( борщь могу научить варить🤣

Konumu,hizmetleri,temizliği,yemekleri çalışanların bir çoğu güzeldi. Resepsiyon ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü
Animatörler çok darlayıcı olabiliyor. Gereksiz ilgi gösteriyorlar rahatsız edici boyutlara geliyor.

Beach; Big sandy beach with calm water, Perfect for relaxation, room choice and location
Staff
The staff were not welcoming enough, disengaged and lacked the hospitality environment. not professional enough especially in the food and baverage section and was not helpful (careless)
Kids Pool was not clean and main pool was not clear and was no bar for the pool like many hotels have
Old Split Air conditioner
It was very old. Now, many hotels have central air conditioning and it needs to be maintained
Food
Low variety, no refill and poor quality. Not recommended at all
Service
Very poor service especially for Egyptians as they are not professional enough to handle many complains and there is a favoritism regarding russianshowever, there was someone was treating a russian badly.
