Pure trash

Spacious

Everything else was horrible, this was my honeymoon trip.. we arrived in padre at 1am the day before and the condo would not let us check in until 4pm the next day, we called customer service and they were so rude to us. Once in the condo we noticed a huge amount of roaches, checked the bathtubs, microwave, stove, refrigerator and dishwasher and there was a whole infestation! We had to buy all new cleaning supplies because they offered nothing in the room not even a broom. We were told we could get no refund and it would be perfectly fine if we slept in our car after spending $500 with them. Would not recommend!!

Not renting again

It was clean

Lady down stairs said we where loud the night we just got there but it was that we had coolers to drag all the way up pliz when I book it was supposed to be right infront of the beach and not in apartment 3 floor for 900 dollars

the location was great but accommodations where horrible

close to the beach and gated

the property was not cleaned, lots of broken furniture, the carpet was dirty and smelled funny

Not going back

The grounds were very well kept, Our villa not so much. I have already contacted someone about broken window, faulty toilets and faucets and the smell in one of the bathrooms.

It seems we got the worst villa because of all that was wrong with it.

We were a group of moms and Girl Scouts.

It was spacious and pool was great. Location was great. Spectrum on Demand.

Plumbing. One bathroom wouldn’t flush. Top bathroom facet at sink would fall off. Kitchen facet kept turning on by itself. It was a room for 10 but didn’t have towels for 10. There wasn’t enough paper towels, soap for sink or trash bags.

David was very nice and helpful close to beach

secruity and stains on floor/ looks like period blood on a high top chair by kitchen / we had to clean out dirty food in dishwasher

I loved this condo! Everything was great ;)

It was very nice and clean. Super great location, too!

Missing some necessary items such as extra toilet paper, paper towels, beach towels.

Limited occupants Extra charge for parking golf cart No visitors Rooms are plenty big for extra people Had grandparents that couldn’t see grandkids cause they couldn’t get a bracelet 🤦🏻‍♂️

Bad

The Pool, Jacuzzi, although one of the jacuzzis was scorching hot could not sit in it.

The attendants inside were not knowledgeable, the laundry area was disgusting & dirty, our condo had lots of roaches, water leaks, leaking kitchen faucet, no hot water in 2 bathrooms, musty smell, toilets don’t flush good. Did not like having to pay $50 a day to use the BBQ pit, we used it it twice =$100, needs to be remodeled and upgraded.

Double Family Birthday Celebration

The room was fairly sized and the air conditioning was very cold. All of the amenities were fairly close and within good reach. The resort offered many good choices for activities to do especially for the price.

Although the view was gorgeous there were many potential danger hazards. For one the stairway broke with my wife and nephew and although they didn't get hurt, both were sore for days. Also the door handle for the second bedroom has broken spikes and almost cut my hand while trying to open it. When sanitizing the room many cockroaches were found and some of the sheets had stains. Once again although the view was amazing and everything was nice there were many potential reasons for my family and I getting hurt. We alerted the security at the door but it had already caused the damage to the family trip.

Good

Room and location are amazing. Pool/Hot Tub were great, temperature controlled, with no chlorine. Easy check-in, easy to get in and out of facilities. Recommend for groups of friends or large families.

Had a bit of a bug problem in the room. As we were on the third floor, it tells me there's a nest. Small bugs, not a huge problem. Also an odd assortment of kitchenware, could benefit from being more uniform.
