Excellent location for shopaholics.

Fantastic location - quiet apartment even though literally 2 mins walk to shops on Champs Elysees, spacious apartment, comfy beds, plenty of clean bedding and towels. Large shower with plenty of toiletries and kitchen had a cleaning kit and free bottled water on arrival. Heating worked very well. Netflix available on tv. Able to store luggage at reception (opposite Louvre) after checkout which was a bonus. Keyless was smart, easy and quick to use.

Squeaky beds, tv could have been bigger, living room rug was a bit dangerous as edges had curled up. Some parts of the floorboards were spongy and had gaps. Boiler in the bedroom was noisy as came on and off intermittently throughout the night. Would have been good for one of the bedrooms to have 2 single beds rather than a double.

I recommend!

The apartment is in good condition, clean and well located.

I just think they should improve the check-in instructions, for example, they didn't give the password for the building's gate, the apartment was already cleaned much earlier but we waited two hours to get in. Therefore, they must improve at this check-in stage. But in summary, I recommend it.

Comfortable and classy - wish we’d stayed here for our entire holiday in Paris!

Of the 4 properties we stayed at in Paris, this was the best. The property is exactly as it is advertised - bright, spacious and clean, with extra touches like great wine glasses and laundry detergent. It is close to the metro, a few stops from all the attractions, with great shopping and plenty of restaurants a few blocks away. The managing agents were very responsive and after a terrible experience with another property, we appreciated the high standards and professionalism. We just wish we’d booked this apartment from the beginning.

The only thing that lets the property down is the sofa bed. It is fine as a sofa, but not comfortable as a bed.

The apartment is in the 8th arrondissement of Paris, with The Champs-Élysées is just a walking distance from the apartment. Easy access to groceries and halal food.

The digital door code for us to check-in was not available until we have reached the apartment and we have to wait half an hour. Thanks to the kind taxi driver who was willing to help and to wait until we got the door code to unlock the main door.

We have requested a baby cot but there isn’t. a bit complicated entrance information(took 30 mins to get in the room from ourside of the building)

Great location

Fantastic location, right next to Champs, Defence and Metro. Two bedrooms were good with good double beds, but the sofabed was not, see below. Fine livingroom with small eating table, bathroom. Elevator. Code access (via app). Safe and quiet area, lots of restaurants, cafés, multiple supermarkets.

Somewhat aged. Sofabed for our 5’th person was bad, very thin mattress, could feel metal frame, although a light teenager; perhaps OK for small kids?

Quality of furniture. It looks nice, but if you look closer, everything is kind of cheap Same with overall cleanliness, clean on the surface, but if you look closer, a bit dirty

Only location was good , I advise u to don’t rent from this company sweet in . The worse services we had in our life .

First day boiler not working . We had a shower with cold water my wife was sick we had diner we been late for diner no body come to fix it the worse experience in our life kids was sick cuz of no heater no hot water , the dust was everywhere in the flat. U call the lobby to ask them if they can help they saying sorry we don’t have time today we will come tomorrow they never come very bad services . And I can’t recommend anybody to check in with this sweet in . They r liars and rude better check in with professional company who have good review. They blaming me did some black marks on the floor. And they taking all my deposits . I advise u better stay with different host . Thank u
