We had a nice (I wish it were longer) stay here. Clean, well-appointed and cozy. Just a short walk through the side streets from the center of the village. Right next to a great fish market where you can take out clams, lobster rolls and fish and chips. Good communication with the host, easy check-in and check-out. We look forward to a longer stay in the future.

We loved the Lizzie cottage. It was bright, clean and comfortable. Easy walk to town and the harbor. Relaxing music, wonderful smell, chocolates and flowers was a nice touch. Unfortunately, there was some construction going on next door so it was noisy at times. However, we spent most of the day doing things around the island so it wasn’t too bothersome to us. We would definitely stay here again

Lovely cottage in a terrific location. Very east to walk to town or get the bus to the beach. Enjoyed having a full kitchen and washer/dryer. One thing needs to be fixed. The shutters in the main bedroom have slats in the middle that do not close. Consequently we were woken Up early each morning with strong sunlight.

Great spot. Really enjoyed our vacation and this home. Only complaint is air conditioner makes a vibration/humming noise that is very loud as it is above bedroom.

This cottage is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Everything was wonderful with the exception of the promised ocean view which no longer exists due to a large house being moved to the lot in front. Photos and listing need to be updated so renters can make a conscious decision around that. We were pretty disappointed about it as that was our main criteria when searching and booking. Property Manager corrected a very minor cleaning issue ASAP which was much appreciated. Took me a bit to get to the streaming channels with the Xfinity remote control, but figured it out by the second day. Just FYI - There are about 13 stairs to enter the cottage. Would also love to see some lounge chairs added for outside relaxation. Location is ideal to get to downtown area, ferry, bus station and various stops. If it wasn’t for the lack of ocean view, we would definitely return!

This was our 2nd time staying at Lizzie Cottage (first time in 2020). As shared in my 2020 review, everything was wonderful! The property is extremely clean, has all the amenities we needed (cookware, washer/dryer), and communication with Theresa was super easy and responsive. We really like the location proximity to town and Sayles seafood (quick walk or bike). The only things out of our control were that each night got cloudy so we couldn't see the amazing stars from the patio (but do recommend going to Jetties Beach for sunset) and we forgot it was "Daffy" weekend or we would have stayed longer!

My husband and I decided to have a low key, calm 20th wedding anniversary. I love Christmas and always read how cute Nantucket is at Christmas and it lived up to its charm. The property is state of the art, super clean, comfortable bed and great bathroom. An 8 minute walk to down town. We highly recommend this location.

I loved how close the cottage was to town; everything was very walkable, including the ferry. The kitchen was large and well-stocked -- perfect for cooking. There were some minor issues with the HVAC system, but Theresa quickly sent handymen to address them. Would stay here again!

Theresa has optimized space & left no detail to chance! Chic & modern updates, light & airy style. Having a full kitchen & grill available is a HUGE plus. Great walkability. Current construction on home in front of cottage starts at 7:30am, so be prepared, but it’s the most perfect oasis for couples or a small family!!

My wife and I had booked this cottage for our mini-moon and we loved it! We were also able to bring our best dog friend as well. It was a cute cottage that was near the center of town. It provided many essentials (grill, keurig, beach towels, etc.) that made a week of stay very comfortable and relaxing. Theresa was great to work with and very responsive. Would highly recommend this cottage if you are visiting Nantucket!

Apartment was beautiful, clean and setup well. Couldn't lock the back door going to the deck because of swelling. Building being renovated obstructed our view of the water. Old construction materials were right in front of the outside deck. Few issues we had were pretty much taken care of right away by Stuart. Overall, had a wonderful stay on the island.
