We had a great time and enjoyed our day. Everything was perfect. Katy and Fred were great in communicating. The house offered everything we wanted, very well equipped TV.

If VRBO ever needs the PERFECT rental from which all others rentals should be measured, this house is IT!!! Literally and completely PERFECT!! Location, layout, amenities, furnishings, price, accessibility, comfort, ease of check in/use/check out and host communication. Everything was exactly as advertised and we didn’t want to leave. Truly could not have asked for a more ideal getaway… even a flat tire could not darken this amazing vacation! We will definitely be back and want to thank Katy and Fred for makng this incredible property available for the quintessential Palm Springs experience!!

House was as advertised. It is in a great neighborhood that was very enjoyable to walk. Close to everything in downtown Palm Springs. Outside area with BBQ and TV was a great bonus.
