We have two comfortable bedrooms, both with queen sized beds; both newly renovated with new flooring, nautical shiplap and fresh paint plus a large children's PLAYROOM/BEDROOM with two sets of CAPE COD BUNK BEDS. There are two bathrooms, one with a vintage clawfoot tub and the other has a shower. The newly renovated LIVING room is large with a river rock gas fireplace and there is an antique oak dining room table with six chairs in the dining room. Full LAUNDRY room with a washer and dryer for your use during your stay as well. The KITCHEN is well equipped with everything you would find in your kitchen at home including a microwave and a new Bosch dishwasher and no shortage of dishes and cutlery. New this year is AIR CONDITIONING throughout the home! The home received upgraded insulation to keep the home warm in the winter and cool in the summer but on those sweltering hot summer days, air conditioning will be a welcome addition! The RANCHER sits on a large beautifully landscaped, fenced lot located just a block from two popular RESTAURANTS as well as a convenience store. ​ Enjoy exploring the tidal POOLS or the adjoining sandy beach where you can bring down your BEACH CHAIRS and spend hours helping the kids build SANDCASTLES!
