Not coming back

Room service time schedule and the possibility to take a glass of thé champagne at the bar and not the whole bottle. Really uncomfortable.

Fabulous stay!

The staff is exceptionally friendly. All facilities are very beautiful and extremely clean. The hotel and pool area are really quiet.

The only negative feedback I have is that for a hotel of that price quality the breakfast eggs were of poor quality. Not free range or organic, but from caged hens :-(

Great place, clean, well located and very good service !

Everything is new, sparkling clean. Location is great, 5min walk from Es Pujols. Staff is available and super helpful (they booked restaurant and a manicure for us). Spa is very nice, parking on premises

There was a weird smell in the room, between sewers. There is very little privacy for the bathroom, toilet door is made of glass and doesnt close fully. Breakfast buffet is nice but more options would be welcome (hot dishes, more vegetarian choices)

Beautiful hotel, quiet and relaxed vibe. The pool area is so nice and beautiful beach is very close by. The staff were so very helpful and nice. We had a wonderful stay thank you so much, and we hope to come back soon

Chill Place Private Location. Would go back

Breakfast from 7am to 12am. Local Products. Possibility to order eggs/omelette à la carte. Tables allocated in front of the pool.

The hotel is well situated

The toilets have this door that doesn’t close and see through. We had to wait a really long time for our breakfast as this man is almost all alone to serve all the tables. Really expensive for what we got. Also the pool is small and the area around the pool is not really inviting you to stay.

Best find in Formentera

The location is great for excellent beaches with Kiosks and restaurants. The building and rooms feel new and all very well thought out and convenient. The staff are friendly and helpful. The pool area is perfect. We will recommend and come back

This hotel is exceptional and very well located. The room is fantastic. Very spacious, bed super comfortable and equipped with all the amenities we need. Everything was always clean and smelling good. The pool area is really nice too. A perfect place to relax after the beach. The spa and gym were also amazing and super well equipped. Due to Covid-19 the breakfast could not be buffet, but “a la carte”. However, we can order whatever we want as often as we want. The food is delicious and it is worth opting for a service with breakfast included. The staff were always kind and helpful. We will definitely come back again.

Amazing place in Formentera

The hotel is very beautiful and it was always clean and smells good. The pool is a very nice place to relax and enjoy. The spa and the gym were amazing with all the things that you need. The breakfasts, because of covid is not buffet, you need to request from a menu. But the menu has a lot of variety and the products are fresh and with high quality.
