The breakfast was unreal, especially the selection, everything fresh and really tasty
We were travelling as a family of 4, there were two single beds and a sofabed in the room. The beds were fine but the sofa was super uncomfortable and extremely loud any time you tried to move.

This is a great hotel. Clean, professional and comfortable. The food is great, particularly the breakfast and unbelievably good value for money. There are comfortable quiet outside spaces to sit, despite being close to a main road. The beds are super comfortable with quality bed linen and blackout blinds for a great sleep.
The location is a bit off-putting with not much around except commercial premises. But that doesn't matter when you're inside the hotel.

Comfy bed
You could just clean that chair in the room, whole covered with sth black, and it can be wasched out. I even tried it with only water and it came off. And if you makin a hotel just make sure that you hire proper man to build it. That corners above the window i dont have any words for that.
But the worst thing was, grumpy employee on reception, with long hairs.
