The location was great. The breakfast was excellent and Erica who took care of breakfast was outstanding! We were in the old section. Quaint but needed work. Internet was awful. TV service was not good. Our room provided a great view of the city however it overlooked the Quince rooftop restaurant which played loud music every evening until about midnight. Not sure what the rooms in the newer section are like but they would be quieter. All the staff was friendly and willing to do anything to help with arrangements.

the property is gorgeous well maintained the location can’t be beat the daily breakfasts in the courtyard were amazing the friendly helpful staff I can’t say enough nice things about this place

the stairs to our beautiful terrace room , just kidding, I don’t have a mobility issue but if you go there are a lot of stairs

Beautiful hotel

The location can't be beat, it is within steps of the cathedral and main square. The service was amazing, there were two gentleman that helped us carry our luggage up the stairs and to our room, and did the same on our way out. Breakfast was delicious with good options to choose from, and was set in a beautiful courtyard. The young waiter was very kind and attentive. Our room was spacious and comfortable, we would definitely stay here again.

Exceptional

Small hotel with large room! It feels like you are staying at an hacienda not a hotel. I enjoyed this more than staying at a fancy hotel in Mexico City. Friendly staff. It feels authentic Mexico. We will be coming back to stay again!

I think the only thing that I would change would be outlets closer to the bed and a coffee maker in the room.

Perfect Stay, Location, and Hosts

Casa Rosada was a perfect place to stay for our trip to San Miguel. The location absolutely cannot be beat . The view from the rooftops is amazing. The breakfast (included) every morning was delicious and the people who worked at the hotel were so kind and helpful. Would highly recommend staying here , we will definitely be staying here when back !

The only two things I would caution - the wifi speed wasn't too great and because you are so close to the town square you will hear the bells every morning. If you're a light sleeper , consider ear plugs :) Besides those two things everything was absolutely perfect

Beautiful Hotel in the heart of San Miguel de Allende.

Breakfast was excellent!! The hotel grounds were beautiful and the staff very friendly and helpful. Our room was always clean. Great place for adults only stay in San Miguel. Easy walk to the center of town.

The church bells start ringing at 6:30 am so forget about sleeping in late. A little traffic noise but not too bad.

A very special property with exceptional gardens and patios with views of the main church.

Probably the prettiest hotel grounds I’ve ever stayed at. The garden was stunning, as was the patio where an exceptional breakfast was served by the fountain. Location was also excellent, it was behind the main church in centro! Rooms were traditional Mexican style, super clean. Not luxurious but nice. Bathroom was dated. The staff were very kind and friendly.

EXPENSIVE AND LOW MAINTANANCE

THE LOCATION IS PERFECT TO WALK ABOUT DOWNTOWN AND HAS INCOMPARABLES VIEWS FROM THE MAIN CHURCH FOOD IS VERY GOOD

THE PRICE WAS REALLY EXPENSIVE EVEN FOR THE SEASON, I FOUND OUT VERY LOW MAINTANANCE IN SOME OF THE FURNITURE IN THE ROOMS

The hotel is in a great location with very accommodating staff however the hotel is in serious need of renovation. The showers did not drain correctly and the tub was full by the time your shower was finished. They moved us to another room with a leaking toilet. There was no manager onsite to fix the issues.
