La ubicación, la vista, el personal.
La alberca no era climatizada, está súper fría, no pudimos si quiera meternos a ella. También no nos gustó que el estacionamiento lo cobren por aparte, es decir, pagas lo que dice aquí en booking y llegando allá pagas 500 pesos más de estacionamiento, por día. Aparte en el área del café, el azúcar mascabado estaba hecha piedra de que llevaba mil años ahí yo creo, por el precio, deberían cambiarlo o al menos revisarlo cada que arreglan una habitación para un huésped nuevo.

1. There was no help at the arrival, which is a 1/2 block from the hotel door
2, no restaurant. No place to have breakfast
3. No elevator
4. Rooms are on the roof, exposed to the sun and very hot
5. The air conditioner system was terrible. it provided only "fresh air"
