An exceptional experience from beginning to end. The property is beautifully designed, with great attention to detail, but what truly sets Casa de Hoyos apart is the hospitality and service. A special recognition to Omar Medina for his outstanding attention throughout our stay, and to Mario for his excellent recommendations and for arranging our dinner reservations. Omar and the entire concierge team went above and beyond to make our experience truly memorable.

Breakfast was excellent and staff was fantastic! They were very helpful with making are stay extra special. They helped me with making restaurant reservations and answering any heating that I had. Staff went up and beyond at all times. Would definately stay again. My daughter and I had a lovely stay. Staying at this hotel was the highlight of our trip!

Beautiful property, perfect location for walking and exploring this amazing city. Breakfast was SO good, rooftop bar had a wonderful view and the staff was so above and beyond. Warm, there to help with anything and always greeting us with a smile on our way in or out.

don‘t offer breakfast if you do it like that…
people shouting in front of your room door til 12.30. decide if want to offer guest rooms or make party on the upper floor.
