Muy buena ubicación, la cama deliciosa y el desayuno muy rico e incluido.

Está increíble la ubicación, la habitación muy cómoda y el personal muy amable, que este incluido el desayuno te ayuda mucho.

En realidad todo bien, pero estaría padre que la alberca estuviera climatizada porque estaba helada ni los pies te dan ganas de meter.

Dreamy chic boutique hotel experience.

Everything was on point. Starting with the beautiful decor of the entire hotel and the welcome gifts. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the smell of everything in the room including the body lotion was amazing. The attention to detail when it came to room cleaning was on point. The fire place made it so cozy and the snacks were delicious. Aurea from the concierge was extremely helpful in providing transportation for us to get from CDMX to the hotel. The location was also the absolute best.

Gotera en baño y piso manchado

La habitación muy cómoda y la tina excelente (salvó gotera en baño que nunca repararon)

Gotera en el baño que caía sobre la persona que estuviera usando el lavamanos (hasta el tercer reporte la "arreglaron" pero solo limpiaron el techo y no quedó arreglado, nunca dieron seguimiento) El piso de la habitación estaba manchado de polvo, dando una imagen de suciedad

good location but below my expectations upon the pictures

location is excellent and the quality of the interior is very modern and nice. the hotel is clean.

the windows what can be seen in the pictures are open to a closed patio. there is no real fresh air. what I have seen rooms only those rooms have fresh air where you can see balcony. you have to wait for your meals quite long and that you give 10 % tip is not a choice it is a requirement.

Be aware that: taxis cannot stop in front of the Hotel. Construction of a rooftop restaurant/ lounge is under construction.

Comby huge bed in city center

The bed was super comfy, nice shower. Good TV access with netflix. Very friendly staff. Good tasty and generous size breakfast. Great location>

overpriced mini bar, room smaller than I expected, property looked better on photos than in real life. In my opinion not a value for money deal, even though had a discount. Windows of the room facing the courtyard, so quite noisy and lack of privacy. hotel access is though a restaurant, so once again a littel lack of privacy.

not impressed overall

it’s well located

this hotel doesn’t have the level of service required to justify these prices. our first room was super noisy at night (some ventilation machinery going on next to it) also there is work on the roof that starts at 9am every morning which is honnestly annoying. the bar upstairs is not staffed so you always have to hunt down people to ask for anything. not impressed overall. it is a bit of a smokes and mirror hotel and needs some love.

Great staff and excellent accommodations!

The location was perfect just down a pedestrian only road from the main church. There was no traffic noise at night so that was a plus! The bed was like jumping into a cloud. All my family talked about the next morning was how well they slept! I even found out where they bought the pillows and sheets and purchased some when I got home.

The valet was tough for my family to find but they eventually connected with them to park the car. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Stop looking for another hotel. This is the one.

The staff was beyond amazing. The bed was super comfy, Everything was beyond our expectations. Its so close to the main plaza. So quiet and relaxed.

Breakfast could be elevated, just bcs the rest of the experience was so good. If you go to the pool You have to walk through the restaurant so thats a bit odd. Room could feel a bit small. They do have bigger rooms but the price can get out of hand very quickly 😅 But tbh Im just being picky here.

Room was very cold. Housekeeping was inconsistent - no soap replacement, towels missed, sometimes water was provided, sometimes not. Difficulty communicating with staff.
