It was pretty and cool decor. Comfy beds.
It was nice but somehow I thought there was a hot tub and it was just a tub with water in it with no heater that was not big enough for even 3. When I put my feet in it was slimy to touch the bottom.

Beautiful restaurant with open atrium. Rooftop bar gorgeous views. Room was perfect for family vacation. Super central location, close to everything!
Just be aware that being in central San Miguel brings loud noise 24 hours a day. In hotel room, could hear church bells every 15
Minutes all night long disturbing sleep. Plus on weekends late night parades and sirens. Started using ear
Plugs and that was helpful but not perfect.

The breakfast was great, but you could use more morning staff. It took a considerable amount of time just for a coffee refill. The waiter was running back and forth working on multiple tables at a time. Aside from these types of delays i was pleased with the food and courtesy of the staff.
The accommodations were less than desirable. Our room is physically located by the rooftop bar so we could hear the sounds of doors being slammed all night, to glasses clanking, until closing. The music was also blaring as we tried to get to sleep early, along with the music selection. Visitors come to Mexico to partake in the culture, and music is a big part of the experience. The music selection that was being played all 4 nights we were there was American pop music, to techno versions of 80's tunes. Very disappointing.
