We are a 5 -10 minute stroll to all the restaurants and shoppes along Old Wadsworth, Grandview Avenue, and other streets in between including the new commuter rail station that will quickly whisk you to downtown Denver and also connect you with the Denver International Airport. You won’t need a car to enjoy all the activities the western towns of Golden and Arvada as well as the many, MANY city attractions that Denver has to offer. The foothills and world renowned Red Rocks Amphitheater are a quick 10 minute drive away. The historic mountain towns of Golden and Idaho Springs are 15 minutes and 30 minutes away respectively. Escape to the Rocky Mountains or visit Denver and its “mile-high” list of activities to do. Both are a short 15 minute drive or quick light rail commute away from the Olde Town Charmer! This was by far the best extended stay property we have ever visited. It was lovely, clean and everything you could ask for. The owner was very responsive and checked several times to make sure all was well. Everything was labeled so there was no wondering what a switch was for. The owner obviously wants his guests to be comfortable and feel at home. We did!!! Thank you for a relaxing and comfortable stay in Colorado. We would stay again in a minute.

The property is well kept, has nice furnishings, is well stocked and is a short walk to restaurants in Old Town Arvada. Communication with the owner is prompt and instructions for accessing the condo are excellent. The phone follow up from Ben to make sure all is well was much appreciated. We loved the gas fireplace and the Christmas touches as we were there over the Christmas holiday.

Perfect location near Olde Town Arvada. The place was exactly as described and very comfortable. Ben was very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again on our next trip to the area.

This is a rare gem of a VRBO. Ben is incredible as a host. The location is great you can walk to Old Towne Arvada & the restaurants are great. Beds are super comfy & I loved all the hooks & places to hang towels in bathrooms (not all VRBOs are well-equipped). Directions are perfect & they have really thought of everything. I highly recommend this VRBO!

The location is great, accommodations were excellent. Parking was difficult. Our vehicle did not fit in garage and garage door was inoperable except manually but not owners fault as repairman unavailable during our stay. During the day there are many local workers parking n the street and we had difficulty parking every time we returned. But, You can access so many things in Denver area from this location. Arvada is a great area with local shops and many restaurants close by. This townhouse is small but has everything you need. If you have difficulty with stairs you may want to reconsider. It’s a flight of stairs to first level then a second level to bedrooms. You’ll get a workout if not used to altitude. Outdoor grill was quite used and required cleaning but it cooked OK. Ben was easy to communicate with as there was a HVAC issue which turned out to be dirty filter. Even with the issues we experienced they were issues Ben resolved as best he could remote and we had a wonderful week long stay. I highly recommended this Old Town Charmer!

Olde Towne
Every detail was thought of and present. All beds were comfortable, including the inflatable mattress. Many essentials were already available, like facial tissue, toilet tissue, and hand soap. The location was great! Short walk to Olde Towne Arvada shops and restaurants. Even shorter walk to Denver railway for more extended Denver activities. The balcony is perfect for morning coffee or watching a nice storm to the north. Communication with owner is easy, and he is very responsive! Will absolutely stay again!!!

Never heard a neighbor or outside noise from this lovely townhome. The house has everything you need, we stayed 11 days and felt completely at home. The kitchen is well appointed and we cooked many meals there. The convivence of a washer/dryer worked out great. The beds are comfortable and have lovely sheets. We both had to work while staying at the home, and there is a great corner desk where I set up my office, while my husband worked from the kitchen table. The location is also superb. We went into Olde Town Arvada several nights and I found a great workout studio and took barre classes. The host is great at communicating and all of his instructions are very thorough. We will definitely be back and look forward to staying in this lovely home again!

Perfect Arvada rental
This property is just like it is advertised. Lovely condo in a great location. Easy access to highways. Walking distance to great restaurants in Old Towne Arvada! It was great to have a garage to store our car, especially during snow falls. If I’m ever in Denver for a long period of time again, I will definitely rent again.

And, the fireplace was welcomed during a couple of cold nights. The kitchen has plenty of dishes, glasses, cookware, and extras like a mixer and meat thermometer. My son-in-law was able to work at the spacious desk.
It truly was a pleasure to stay in such a nice place, and we hope we can return in the future.

Clean, comfortable townhouse
We appreciated the quick communications from the host and his accommodating our requests. It was especially nice to have a comfortable desk and chair for the work & Zoom meetings we had. And having humidifiers eased the dryness of the Colorado air. The property was well-maintained and, given our lengthy stay, we appreciated that place was cleaned every two weeks. In addition, it was an easy walk to Olde Town restaurants and shops and a quiet neighborhood. Also, the kitchen has all the cookware one could want.
That said, guests really need to be able-bodied as there are two steep staircases, one just to get to living area (challenging to get suitcases up) and the other to get to where the bedrooms are located. And, on a similar note. the extremely comfortable master bed is super high so guests should be aware of that.
A thousand thanks to the host, Ben. We certainly recommend this property— the nicest of three that we have stayed at in Arvada.

We travel with our friends around the country visiting baseball stadiums and this time it was Coors Field in Denver. Our stay couldn't have been more perfect. The comfort of the home, it's location and how quickly the owner responded to our question made it a perfect place to stay. We really enjoyed our time at the "Olde Town Charmer"!

My husband and I spent 2 weeks here and had a great time. The unit was very clean and had plenty of everything we needed. The neighbors were all super nice. It was a short walk to Old Town Arvada - a really neat little area with plenty of restaurants. Quick access to I-70 and the mountains or downtown Denver. The owner is attentive without being overbearing. Overall, a great stay!

We came in for the softball tournament. We was 20 mins south of the fields. Traffic wasn’t bad day or night. The place was awesome, extremely clean. Everything you need is there. Highly recommend

Loved our stay in Old Towne Charmer! My husband and I met our son, daughter in law and daughter for a family trip. It’s perfectly located in Old Towne Arvada. It was close enough for our 20-something kids to walk to the coffee shop in the morning. While we didn’t utilize the train, it is closer than the coffee shop! We spent time in Golden and caught a concert at Red Rocks. While our single daughter did have to sleep on the air mattress, she loved having the extra half bath to herself to get ready. We will definitely stay here again.

Property is exactly as described. Ben was great to work with, particularly as we had originally planned to stay in summer 2020 when travel wasn't possible for us. He was very helpful in getting us rescheduled and we're so glad we were able to make it this time. The neighborhood is very nice, surprisingly quiet for being in the city, with a big yard in the front for our boys to run in. Short walk to restaurants, RTD light rail and shops. We used Arvada as our home base between day trips to RMNP, Colorado Springs and Golden/Idaho Springs. The home is very clean and spacious. Beds were super comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. Would not hesitate to stay here again.
