Peeping Asian in window

We rented a 4x2 unit which when we got there was only a 3x2 unit cause they locked off the extra bedroom.. then during our stay we caught the owner peeping thru the windows watching us. When I confronted him the second time he just got back in his car and watched us from there for half an hour before leaving but showing up 3 more times for no reason during a two day stay.

The owner peeking thru the windows watching my children and I he was caught twice but was on the property at least 5 times we know off over 2 days just watching us for no reason.

Very good

I liked having 2 separate bathrooms.

The furniture could have been in better condition. Also, the TV remote required new batteries and it took a while to work out how to use it. There was a child lock on the TV.

Good

The 2 toilets are new and good. Large size kitchen was good for our family of 7. Kids love the bunk bed.

Shower power was weak. Furnishing overall was old.

Fremantle is a great place to visit, but this unit needs some work on it and a really thorough clean

The keyless entry was awesome. Being able to get into the car undercover was good. Closeness to the city, busy road but good location. Had a washer and dryer, which was useful. Size of apartment was good, but difficult due to being upstairs.

Overall the unit was not really clean, only superficially clean. Had dirty drawers, a dirty frying pan in the draw which we had to wash before using, and saucepan was dirty and needs replacing. Only limited utensils. No face cloths or hand towels provided. Air conditioner was very difficult to operate and connected to downstairs unit, which sometimes made our unit very cold. Also people downstairs including the cleaner blocked the driveway, making it difficult to get out of a tight parking spot, as mentioned by a lot of other people, who have smashed their cars into the fence. There are three units on the block and all photos were listed together when booking so it was difficult knowing what we were getting until we arrived.

The house was very comfortable. The owners were happy to help when I had to change my booking.

Location was good, the rooms were comfortable and the price was great.

It was a bit hard to find, maybe a sign or bigger house numbers would have helped.

Filthy with poorly mannered management

The filthy house is in a very good location with easy access to Fremantle via bus or car.

The house was filthy. The owner has left notices all over the house telling guests to limit electricity use; if this is an issue either charge a little more ($5 extra per night for example) or cease renting out the home. The owner arrived at the house early to visibly wait for us to vacate at 10AM. The blinds were mouldy, there was coffee spilled throughout the kitchen cupboard, an old sponge was left in the shower cubicle,dirty knife on the coffee table and unsafe back pergola.

Two cockroaches were found in the kitchen and the toilets smelled unpleasant.

T.V echoed in the room. Ducted Air in master room was not that effective.

Roomy, clean and functional.

Clean home with a lovely claw foot bathtub, large rooms and well-appointed. Close to stores for essentials, good pub and coffee shop all in strolling distance with bus stops nearby and parking out front. When we had an issue the owners were attentive and quick to resolve the problem.

The downsides; there was no rear yard or external relaxation space (to be fair there is an enclosed verandah) however construction was happening behind the property, it is located on a main road however there is a high front fence and a window shutter on the front window which is great for excluding the noise and light to sleep off any jetlag.

Location was ideal, great public transport 2 mins away, also good garage parking keeping the car cool

The apartment was allegedly for 6 people, however there was only 1 wine glass, 2 miss Matched pint glass, comfy seating for 2 only, making relaxing on an evening very very difficult and enjoying a wine together impossible

Very attractive house ! Good place, the beach is about 10 minutes to this house. Beds are comfortables.

Was very happy will definitely stay there again and suggest it to friends and family 💯

Big rooms we had plenty of room, great private back yard. Very homely feeling. Off street parking. Cctv good idea we felt safe.

Parking was a little tight, but good. and others parked behind us then next day parked in middle of carport. 2nd night upstairs were very heavy footed thumping around and loud. They also left first door wide open. Good idea with code to get in took awhile but we worked it out.

Close to the family wedding close to the beach walking distance to shops restaurants

Building site close to and on the premises rear balcony looked on to building site blocked off to stop access to rear of property every door in the premise squeaked making late night toilet visits a disruption to all. Needed more towels. No ceiling light in main bedroom. No extra pillows not enough extra blankets. No complimentary small milk in fridge not enough tea bags. Oven needed a clean. Stove top was dirty and we left it cleaner when we departed.

We had a nice stay here, however the property / block was under development, which we were not advised about prior. It make parking very difficult with scaffold and construction everywhere, the yard was overgrown and not safe for our kids to be outside. This was a little disappointing, but the rest of the stay was good. plenty of space inside, good location and facilities.

The development on the block. Really make it difficult to park our car, and unsafe for our kids to be outside. It would have been nice to have prior knowledge of this.

Good for a family stay in the Fremantle area without being overpriced

plenty of room for the family. Not too far from Fremantle centre and good shopping for groceries and food

Lighting was quite dim and the main bedroom air conditioner wasn’t working, although the owners gave us a good space heater for that room for our second night.

It was very clean and tidy. Plenty of space inside.Off st parking. Reasonable close to Fremantle beach if bike or car. Responded quick to enquiries.

It was difficult to find, busy corner to get in drive quickly. Couldn't park our car in garage with other as had a ute with Bull bar. It isn't a motel it's a couple of houses on a block.

Convenient location.

spacious apartment that was able to accommodate all 6 of us.

There are many baby cockroaches in the kitchen area. The washing machine door was jammed so unable to do laundry.
