The location is great, close to the harbour, and being on top floor is big. I also liked the size of 2 bedroom unit. Big plus was an elevator and included parking spot in garage. Plenty of appliances for any use.
Unit needs a little refresh. They were changing all of the windows in the sister building next door, so I assume that this building will be next because the windows did not keep much noise out. It would have been nice to know in advance that they would be remodeling next door between 8am and 5pm everyday!

The location is wonderful. The apartment was beautiful and very comfortable.
The elevator was broken, which we understand is not the owners fault. But it was a lot of stairs especially when we are hiking and running a 10k while we were there. Carrying bags up and down and then having to run the keys back up after…definitely had our exercise.

The location was great, the under ground parking was very convenient and the apartment was very clean.
The lights were dim. It was especially hard to see in the bathroom mirror. The shower is poorly designed so it was very challenging to not get the bathroom floor wet when showering. It lacked basics like paper towels and napkins, or few coffee pods to get one started until getting to a grocery store. My towel was thread bare and torn and there were no pillow cases for the extra bed pillows in the bedrooms.

A good, spacious and beautiful place. With free parking and perfect location.
The communication between the apartment owner and the team could be better. The water drainage in bathroom was poor.
