We had a family room and it was huge. The sofa bed was the same IKEA one we have at home, so none of the usual mattress springs sticking through! Nice to have a separate bedroom as well. The staff were really friendly and helpful, they'd even saved us plates of food as I had said we would be arriving late. The gym was extremely well equipped with a beautiful view over the pool and the sea in the distance. The food for breakfast and dinner was delicious, vibrant, fresh and interesting. Parking was easy after the first night because of a football match
Only parking on the first night due to a football match, but after that it was easy, loads of spaces just round the corner (maybe 20m from the entrance)

In my opinion, this is the best location for Tenerife. The breakfast is excellent. The room is okay — large, spacious, and the terrace is great. Parking nearby is free. The staff is excellent. Highly recommended for this hotel. I will definitely come back. The hotel also has a gym.
Nearby, there is a sea view.
They gave us a disabled access room, which was very strange, but oh well. You just need to somehow ask for a normal room?

We had a very good experience, the room was in the renovated building with free access to the pool and gym. The room was clean, with a hot shower and very good water pressure. Superb breakfasts work a huge variety of food. Parking in nearby streets. A very nice walking area near the ocean. I would come back.
You can boil water in a pot, but if you want to borrow a kettle, that's 3 euros per day. No need though as the cooker works fine.
