One of our most popular cabins! Super affordable hot tub cabin in a great location, close to everything. Walking distance to the Village and lake. Nearby the marinas, Alpine Slide, hiking trails and more. Just a short drive to the slopes, golf course, Snow Play, Convention Center and more! Perfect for couples or singles, bring your furry friend and experience all Big Bear has to offer! LIVING SPACE - Cozy 500+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, bar seating, and plenty of comfortable living room seating. ROOMS & BEDS - 1 bedroom, 1 bath. Bedroom has a double bed. Living room has a sleeper sofa. Extra blankets and pillows are available. KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more. The property was very cute and perfect for my partner and I to stay for a weekend away with the pup. Everything was clean and provided as advertised. Although the check in process leaves something to be desired. A separate app was required for confirming the check in as well as sending additional information via text/email which was a bit out of my comfort zone, but ultimately was okay.
Overall we had a lovely time and would recommend the property to anyone looking for a cute getaway in big Bear.

I had good time not my first time in big bear. But first time with cool cabins . The cleaning level was pretty poor. The grill didn’t work and the fire place didn’t work . I would say fire place and the grill is amenities I look for in a property a heads up regarding the grill and fireplace would made a difference with my shopping list. I had bought firewood and food for the grill . I feel like I should be compensated for amenities that I paid for but it was not working

Small and cozy cabin. Perfect for any couple looking to explore big bear. Only a couple minor things to keep in mind. If you plan on cooking in the cabin definitely bring your own set of knives. Also, the driveway is unpaved and not ideal for low cars. Came during the summer and enjoyed our stay!

This cabin was accurately presented. If you want a comfortable but rustic cabin that is close to the Village and very affordable, this is it. The best features for us were the large porch and privacy of this property. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding and bath towels were of good quality. Even during the heatwave, the bedroom stayed very cool. Be very careful on the very steep and unpaved driveway though. We barely got out a couple of times.

The property was waking distance from the village but had the best isolated lot I’ve stayed in at big bear. Appliances were all good and while the shower is a little small the water pressure was perfect.

Cute little cabin. Perfect for a weekend get away with your spouse.
We did have a rat or mice problem one night where we woke up and saw some of our food bags chewed at the top, but other than that I highly recommend.

Cabin with a strong old-time character based on stone and wood. We liked the cooler bedroom despite the hotter living room. We enjoyed our stay at the Ski Bunny Lodge. We really enjoyed being about to take our dogs with us. Only wish we had a larger bathroom. The shower was extreamly small which would make it difficult for an elderly or large/tall person to use. Minutes away from great hiking trails or the many marinas located around the lake. We especially loved bird watching and the flying bats at sunset!

Cute Couple Lodge
The place and staff were super friendly, great access to village, lake, road. The cleanliness could’ve been a lot better unfortunately. However they made up for it by not charging us the fee. The hot tub is a definite bonus and great for a couple looking for some alone time.

This little quaint cabin was the perfect little get away for me and momma. It was located just enough off the road to feel secluded, yet close to the village and Snow Summit. Not very big, but who needs big when you want a cozy romantic get away!!

Dirty!
Couches have rips cigarette burns also mold when we folded out the bed in the couch. Spa isn’t close to the front door. Driveway was blocked off!!! Cobwebs on the ceiling!! Also floor was dirty we had to mop the floors also buy blankets to cover the couches. I have pictures of everything and would like some type of compensation for my inconvenience. Please call me.

Great Little Cabin
This cabin was everything we wanted for the two of us. The only negative (which isn’t really a negative) was the location of the hot tub. It’s not actually on the deck but down by the end of the driveway. Which would be fine but at night it’s so dark and I scared myself out of getting in.
Other than that everything about our stay here and would absolutely stay here again. Proximity to the village was 5 stars!

Father son getaway
My son and I had a great time visiting Big Bear and staying at the Ski Bunny Lodge. Everything was great, but I do have a couple comments and suggestions. The driveway definitely needs some resurfacing. It's also very steep when you drive up which makes thing interesting especially when its your first visit at night. The jacuzzi would have been nice if it was somewhat shielded from the driveway, it's right in front of you, you wont miss it. Lastly, the bushes needed to be brought back since its blocking the entry. Overall, comfy place and I would stay there again. Thanks!

Overall, a great stay. One concern is the impression on the site that this is a secluded cabin. It actually is overlooking the main road and you have neighbors all around. It is easy access to everything however. Other than that, everything was handled tremendously by the staff and I will definitely look forward to booking with Cool Cabins again.

Warm and cozy
Stayed here the end of Nov for three nights. Took my Fiancee and my dog for the firts time in Big Bear Lake. Place was clean, quiet and walking distance to the Village and lake. Cabin has all you need, kitchen utilities, sat., fast wifi, heat/fire place all the amenities needed for you. This cabin is big enought for three people and a pet. My dog loved it and felt at home. This cabin is ran through Big Bear Cool Cabins not BRVO. The staff at Cool Cabins is great!. Very nice and helpful staff. Dont book throught BRVO they are a middle man and will charge you a fee.

Great Romantic Getaway!
I loved how close this place was to the village and from everything else. We ended up taking our dog with us and he loved the back area.The place was kept very clean. The shower is a one person shower but you get hot water immediately (we couldn't figure out how to turn the light inside the shower, we should've called the service number we were given when we checked in but there was enough light from the bathroom light and it didn't bother us). The bed was in a tight spot but it was very comfortable. The only reason I gave this place 4 stars instead of 5 was because the jacuzzi didn't have any privacy. You're able to see the jacuzzi the minute you park in the drive way and the rentals around you had a pretty good view since the house is located on a little hill. Oh and in case you want to use the jacuzzi at night, the light switch is located in the bedroom right next to the bed by the window (it took us a while to figure it out).
Thank you so much for renting out such a cute little place for us. We had so much fun and we'll definitely be back soon!

Clean cabin with everything you need. Comfy bed, nice hot tub, full kitchen, and nice view from the deck. Short walk to the village and lake. Liquor/convenience store at the end of the street. Tiny shower, but a minor inconvenience for a great place.
