Location great, staff friendly. Everything we needed in the room which was clean and well decorated. Great sea view.

Good view of beach. Lovely having a walk along the beach. Food was good.
In the middle of nowhere so no amenities.
The room was a bit dowdy and smelt of damp.
There was no entertainment only a pool table. So no atmosphere.They could have put up a darts board or something for the children 🤔

Everything about the place was spot on, excellent location right on the beach, breakfast was spot on with an excellent variety of options

A reasonably good breakfast. Good quality coffee. Very comfortable bed. Very close to the beach.
For dinner we ordered the vegetarian lasagne as we are vegetarian. This should have come with rice and garlic bread but the rice was missing - no matter, there was enough to eat. While eating it I wondered if it was meat but then there are some very good plant-based meat substitutes. Checking the bill later I found we were charged for two beef lasagnes. I've not eaten beef for 40 years. Then next morning we were woken up by the family in the room next door just before 7 am due to poor soundproofing. I could follow her one-sided conversation on her mobile phone which lasted more than an hour while she waited for breakfast to be served downstairs. As soon as she ended the call it was a loud chorus of 'The Grand Old Duke of York' for her children and then down to breakfast at about 8.15 am.
