Nice place in a great location

The space of the apratment and its location

The apartment was lovely spacious and comfortable with great location and city views.

I had trouble booking in as the hotel was unaware that it was a private BNB arrangement owners need to let the hotel know they are booking their apartment.

lack of communication between the owners and the hotel staff.

We loved our stay and would definitely book here again!

Loved the comfy beds, heater kept the room nice and warm. facilities were fantastic, swimming pool, gym and spa great. Great location. Huge tv connected to wifi. Fast response and easy communication with hosts.

No microwave cooking accessories, a large plastic bowl would’ve come in handy. Car parking extra cost and offsite which I didn’t realise when booking (my fault for not reading all info).

Great location as it is close to amenities and Transportation.

Good location and easy access to transport in the city. Everything was walking distance as well so found that this area was a good location to be in as it is close to shopping, food and only 2 tram stops from the Adelaide Central Markets. Property was clean. Having a full sized kitchen helped with saving on money when it came to food and I was happy that the property came with a washing machine and dryer. Bathroom was a good size and had a bath tub that I didn’t use but was good to have there just in case.

The beds were 2 single beds put together. I had assumed they were double/queen sized from the photos. Made sleeping less comfortable but this was the only issue I had for the property.

Good price and location if you have 2 couples who want a place to stay together in the CBD.

Good location and lots of space for 3 adults.

There was a non functional locks on an exterior window and the oven was missing some dials.

Wouldn’t recommend. So dirty, lots of things broken and dangerous.

Good location

Very Dirty, dryer lint catcher was so full it would have caused a fire, lounge chair broken, stove broken and stuck on and almost burnt myself, lamp broken, no extra bin bags even though we stayed almost a week, fridge cupboard door broken and would close on you which I almost broke a toe on.

. Apartment was very comfortable and central to everything. Great view, warm and very well laid out. Owners were very easy to deal with. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in Adelaide.

Apartment could do with a few more cooking utensils like a small pot and a kettle. And some basic condiments such as salt and pepper.

disappointed - over priced

The location was good - walking distance to the mall - casino-supermarket - access to public transport very easy

For the amount of money we paid per night the last that we could expect was to have a comfortable bed, this was not the case, the main room has two single mattresses put together, the gap was so uncomfortable every time you roll over- turn around in the bed horrible. One of the single mattresses has stains and there was not a cover mattress in none of the beds. The cleaning hasn’t been done for a while behind the table nights. Why not have a decent queen size mattress in the main room? In general, the cleaning was not great The apartment is located in the Oaks building, before our departure we asked at the reception if we could leave our luggage for a couple hours, our plane back to Melbourne was at 3 pm the answer was no, as we were not oaks passengers. We didn’t know that there was not a building reception we neither got information from the person who give us the apartment’s keys. (FYI - There is no lockers at the Adelaide rail station either – any city in Australia provide lockers for the travelers not here in Adelaide ) Not WIFI provided or information maybe it was but no passwords details to be found in the apartment We wont get back

Location was excellent and size of apartment was good. Beds clean and comfortable.

Lack of basic equipment for cooking. No tea towels. No blankets - there was a spare doona that was very dirty, unusable. Even though free wifi was advertised had to ask for it, and had a gadget delivered. So only had access half of the time.

Stay was OK, just the experience of getting in.

No food at all. We had to wait some time to get the keys, despite ringing some 4 times and also letting them know when we were arriving. No remorse from the owner.
