The service was absolutely amazing, we had a minor complaint about a room next to use leaving the alarm clock on which woke us up extremely early and the staff went above and beyond to show how sorry they were

A beautiful gem of a hotel, excellent room and superb facilities, gym, pool, laundry and bar.
Standard of cleaning and room maintenance was excellent.

The room was very clean and decent-sized. Location was great in Adelaide. One of the best hotels in Australia we've stayed! Would highly recommend if you are looking to stay in Adelaide CBD.
The only downside is they wanted to charge us when we are asking for more bottles of drinking water. The hotel could do with water filters at least on every level.
